Access is requested through the California Secretary of State's bizfile Online system. If no one currently has Full Access to the entity, a PIN can be mailed to the business's mailing address on file.
Where is the PIN mailed?
The California Secretary of State mails the PIN to the mailing address associated with the entity's business record.
Can I file my Statement of Information without waiting for the PIN?
